We have considerable expertise in the field of e-commerce gained over more than 10 years. This covers everything from automatic e-mailing or faxing of reports / spreadsheets / documents to customers / suppliers through bespoke interfaces with customers’ order processing systems to full blown standards based EDI using EDIFACT and Tradacom standards covering e.g. pre-advice of goods receipt, receipt of order, advice of dispatch / confirmation of delivery. The availability of these facilities are frequently a prerequisite to logistics companies gaining the custom of larger companies who wish to trade entirely by EDI. We are constantly developing new facilities within this rapidly expanding area.
